Ten is the culmination of previous steps into a 2 digit numeral but 1 + 0 = 1 thus the end becomes the beginning. The I and the O is of course binary code, the male and female that is within every structure and every code of creation. Biologically; the I represents the lingum or male penis and the O is the woman's yoni or vagina. In a ritualistic sense, this is the shaman's drum and stick. This is how they call in creation.
Please note how the drum itself is divided into the four elements within the circle.
The Fixed Pillars of the Heavens The Wheel of Fortune Tarot Card shows a great wheel in which in the corners are the four fixed signs of the Zodiac; Taurus, Leo, Aquarius and Scorpio are such because they are the pinnacle constellations which revolve in a square within the circle. They are also known as the Pillars of Heaven. They are also known as the creatures from the vision of Ezekiel.
Ezek 1:10 As for the likeness of their faces, they had the face of a MAN (Aquarius), the face of an OX (Taurus), the face of an EAGLE (the higher house of Scorpio) and like a LION (Leo).
In Christianity they are represented by Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. The four living creatures of Ezekiel are also known as the 4 sons of Osiris, the 4 cardinal points, the four corner points of Heaven and of course the four suites of the Tarot. The image below; artist unknown; has been developed from the original A. E. Waite Wheel of Fortune Tarot Card.

The Four Pillars of the Zodiac
The card also depicts the Sphinx, this is in itself a fractal of those four elements, as the sphinx is composed of the Bull body (Taurus), Lion paws (Leo), Serpent tail (lower element of Scorpio) and Human face (Aquarius).
Follow thy Fortune, careless where it lead thee. The axle moveth not, attain thou that." advised Crowley. Within a tarot card reading, this it stating one must be the axle of the wheel, not the wheel.
It is advised to penetrate the body of manifestation by consciously being still within the ever-moving tides of the forces of the galaxy. To withhold all the elements within oneself, Sphinx-like. In Hebrew, numer 10 is Kaph; meaning palm of hand. It is the hub of the Wheel of Fortune Tarot Card from which the force other 5 elements spring. The idea of the open hand suggests our willing to receive and let go when appropriate, for the cycle will always repeat again. As Humans; we have 5 fingers;
An occult mind also remembers 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10. Further correspondences to this card include The Daughter and within the Quabala; number ten is Malkuth:the sphere of manifestation and our Earth. It is also known as the illusionary physical envelope, our body. Are you beginning to see how everything is related and included within the four elements within the circle?

The Magic Number 10.
The boundless circle, forming the letter O and the number 0 (zero); symbolizes the universe, boundless space, the maternal aspect of God. It is the absolute nothingness that is ready to give birth to everything, and to take it back into itself. The number 10 is creation perfected and fulfilled. The masculine-positive, creative principle of God (number 1) penetrates and fertilizes space, the negative, maternal aspect and becomes one with it. Number 10 follows number 9 which in the Tarot is the Hermit. The Hermit is the self-realized wise one. 10 + 9 = 19; 1 + 9 = 10; 1 + 0 = 1. The Wheel turns.

Symbols of the Wheel of Fortune Remaining Wheel of Fortune Tarot Card from the 18th century all have commons themes: Upon a Great disc, there is a figure ascending, atop, descending, and beneath the wheel. In two cases, the figure of blind fortune appears at the center. On some cards, the figures have captions in Latin: "I shall reign", "I reign", "I have reigned", "I don’t reign". In other decks the human figures become animal or ass-like and may be interpreted as the folly of depending on Fortune as symbolized by the figures growing ears and tails. yet Jesus traveled on an Ass, specifically NOT a donkey.
A typical 16th century Wheel of Fortune Tarot Card shows Lady Fortuna without eyes. In two of the early Tarot cards, she is represented as blindfolded; standing balanced on an unstable sphere representing the globe of the Earth. This image was common during the Middle Ages, and appears to have become dominant in the late Renaissance and later periods. This representation of the Roman goddess of Fortune may have replaced the Wheel image because it better conveyed the Renaissance to incorporate classical imagery. Later though, The Wheel soon became a vessel charting the waters of life and the emotional unconsiousness and was depicted a great wheel shown as with a sail symbolizing the ‘winds of fortune’.
Upon the Great Wheel of Fortune is the letters of the name of God, as well as ROTA. ROTA TARO ORAT TORA ATOR which translates to THE WHEEL OF TAROT SPEAKS THE LAW OF LIFE
