Here I will explain how spells, the path of the Shaman and alchemy can all be used for Magic Tarot.The Magic Tarot is the act of controlling your destiny by consciously determining where you want to go. Traditionally magic(k) was referred to black and white magic. This can be very subjective as it may be good for you but not so good for another.
Black magic can be seen as manipulative and works against the life-affirming flow of nature. White Magic or positive, life-affirming magic works in harmony with the flow and structure of nature and the cycles.
The difference can be seen as thus, negative energy may suggest making a specific person love or want you. This is going against the forces of free will.Positive energy workings re-adjusts one's focus away from the desired object and back on the self and the essence of those needs.

A few thousand years back, Magic Tarot had acknowledgment and importance within the community. It was a specialized trade as to work and use the Unseen Realms effectively, One had to be well-trained; perhaps able to read and write, and able and willing to devote the time necessary to the Art.

During the 14th Century all magic and proof of it's existence and indeed even its reality went underground as a result of the massive political and religious takeover of the Medieval Church. All magic was denounced as evil and anyone suspected of practicing magic received the death penalty.
People were no longer allowed to seek the power within themselves.
